Refund policy
1. Before you buy
We always recommend requesting the free trial before buying a line, to test signal stability with your own panel or player.
2. Refunds for service failures
If your line has a fault attributable to our infrastructure during the first days of use and we cannot resolve it within a reasonable time, we evaluate a prorated refund or a service extension, depending on the case.
3. Cases that do not qualify
Refunds do not apply for a change of mind after the trial, for incompatibility of your own panel or player unrelated to our signal, or for usage exceeding your contracted connection count.
4. How to request a refund
Contact us on Telegram or email with your username and a description of the issue. We respond with an evaluation of your case within a reasonable time.
